CONGRATULATIONS!

DrugBenefit.com is making available a new and exciting drug benefit for you. This benefit is designed to help you make important decisions that can stretch your health care dollar.

This new prescription benefit allows you the best of both worlds:

You can receive immediate, direct savings from discounted network prices at local pharmacies. Your prescriptions for drugs that are available as generics in the US, controlled substances (narcotics, tranquilizers & sleeping pills), and immediate-need drugs (antibiotics, etc.) can be obtained most economically by accessing discounts through a local pharmacy when you use your prescription benefit card. (Your card will be mailed to you upon your enrollment in the benefit plan.)

Many of your most expensive drugs that are available as brand-name only can be obtained more safely by mail from Canada when you access the Expedite-Rx Technological Interface - at a savings of 30 to 50% or more of your current cost. Your biggest savings through this Canadian source are for 90-day supplies.

HOW TO USE THIS BENEFIT

The most important things to remember are:

(1) The MEMBERSHIP CARD - Take your card to any pharmacy you choose. If the store is already enrolled in the network, the pharmacist will do the rest. If yours is not a network pharmacy, have your pharmacist call the toll-free number on your card. The pharmacist can immediately arrange to transmit your prescription. Be sure to tell your pharmacist to start transmitting all your refills and new prescriptions to the processor because a complete drug record (your profile) is needed for your safety checks.

(2) THE EXPEDITE-RX ENROLLMENT DOCUMENTSRead the documents that will be included with your card . They must be completed and returned to Total Care Pharmacy Ltd. along with copies of prescriptions for import-eligible brand-name drugs that you want to order from the Canadian pharmacy.
